Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital marketing services, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated. This includes but is not limited to website design, SEO services, and ad campaign management.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- A service was not delivered as described in the service agreement.
- There was a clear error in billing.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our support team at rawatreshma552@gmail.com within 14 days of the service delivery or billing date. Please provide a detailed explanation of your reason for the request. All requests will be reviewed by our management team.
4. No Refunds for Ad Spend
Please note that any funds paid directly to third-party platforms, such as Google for ad spend, are non-refundable through Apex Digital Solution. You must adhere to the refund policies of those respective platforms.
